Campaign Creation

As COVID-19 swept over the staffing industry, was tasked with creating a six-part social campaign that amplified Russell Tobin to be a preliminary tech recruitment agency across LinkedIn to attract more clients and job candidates. 

As a result, our marketing team created 'Re-Employ 2020' to unite those affected by COVID-19 with employment opportunities. Over six weeks, our objective was to pick up a few clients and get 1,500 job candidates to sign up. We ended up exceeding our expectations by 12%!

Kicked off the social campaign by breaking down all our unique offerings we were supplying both clients and candidates alike.

For one week of the campaign, featured employable job candidates to help boost morale to external audiences and gain exposure from hiring managers.

In creating a geochart for a social post, was able to help our audience visualize all our open job roles opportunities across the country.

To measure KPI's, created the agency's first candidate placement report to visualize our campaign's performance and corresponding user analytics. Not only did visualizing this data help Russell Tobin metabolize its strength areas, but it helped tailor biz dev for the upcoming quarter.

 

Culturally Relevant Posts

From a branding perspective, being culturally relevant and transparent is at the core of all external content at Russell Tobin.

As the target market is predominately men and women between 18-35, strategically dedicated 20% of all weekly content to lighthearted content (i.e. gifs and memes). 

This strategy has set Russell Tobin apart because job candidates love staying up-to-date with our content not only because of our useful hiring tips, but because LinkedIn is already stuffy as is. 

After this meme went viral, the account received 487 inbound website clicks, which converted into 150 job candidate sign-ups over a three-day period!

In being the the brand's content strategist of Accolade Collection, ideated, produced, and shot all content for Accolade's online, social, and print ads. On top of teaming up with frequent shoppers and models for photoshoots and video campaigns, all website and social copy was conceptualized firsthand.

Upon completion, implemented a thorough social calendar to create a clean and vibrant feed.
